Description
The plot is part of a medium-scale real estate development on the outskirts of Rio Maior. The construction parameters were defined at the outset: height, maximum footprint polygon, maximum area, car access location, garage location, etc.
Our challenge was to go beyond these standardized parameters and find ways to provide the clients with a particular experience, using material expression and sunlight as the main tools.
